This has reference to our order no.PEN/276 of June 13, 2017 for 25 boxes of PENNS brand pens. We received the complete consignment earlier today.
We must thank you for the prompt execution of our order, but we regret to inform you that the consignment we received is not as per the details mentioned in our order. We have given a detail list of our order and goods received below

We don’t have any requirement for gel pens as our customers are all ballpoint pen users. We request you to replace the entire order immediately as the new school and college academic year is about to start and there is a great demand for pens at this time. Please treat this matter as urgent and arrange for the replacement at the earliest.
Please collect the wrong consignment from our store as soon as possible as we are short of space due to the huge inventory of various books, stationery and other items.
